We carefully control the diameter tolerance of our Titanium bars, with a standard tolerance range of h9.
Our findings show that even within this tolerance range, a single round bar with a diameter tolerance of more than 20 microns can be difficult to process and have a negative impact on tool life. We strive to maintain a tolerance range of within 5 microns, with the whole batch tolerance range within 10 microns. We are constantly working to improve our tolerance range even further to give you the best production experience with our Titanium materials.
